We require all pets to be up-to-date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination from a licensed veterinarian is required upon check-in.
Our staff members are trained to handle various emergencies and medical situations. In the event of an emergency, we will immediately contact you and seek veterinary care if necessary.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your pet’s bedding and food. Please make sure all items are labeled with your pet’s name. We recommend pre-portioning food for each meal and labeling it accordingly.
Yes, we offer additional services such as baths and red light therapy. Please inquire about these services when making your reservation or during check-in.
